Who taught this kid how to dance?
Truth be told, Jim and Trenton regularly rock out in the evenings to Michael Jackson's Number Ones and practice their moves. But the tongue and the fingers? This is new... very "KISS"-esque...
We spent Sunday evening celebrating the graduation of my second-cousin, Jackie. It was nice because lots of my mom's extended family was there, including her brother Dave and sisters Arlene and Cathy. We weren't expecting a DJ, but it sure made Trenton's night.
It did NOT make Ollie happy, though. The bright lights and loud music, in addition to the air conditioning, made for an uncomfortable environment... Poor baby! Once he warmed up a bit to his surroundings he was better. Mom showed him off to everyone she could-- he was the youngest kiddo there.
Above, my Aunt Arlene looks up at her two sons, Billy and David, and David's girlfriend, Nyesha. David is working at Fort Monmouth this summer (he is currently going to law school in San Diego). I'm excited to see him more often now that he's so close by.
Below, family shot. The DJ asked for all family members to get together for a family shot. Seriously, this left out maybe a dozen people-- we have a BIG family. It certainly is nice to be able to attend events like this. I can remember when Jackie was born-- makes me feel old! But good to know that I've been around to see her grow up. Good luck at college, Jackie!
